10% deposit is due with reservation. Balance is due 7 days prior.
Payment is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled in writing via email at least 7 days in advance of start of transportation. In the event of your trip being cancelled due to forces out of your control (airlines, weather, etc.), your reservation is fully refundable until the day of the trip.
